Ängie posted a snippet of the song on her Instagram Story on May 2019, when she was still working on the album.[1]
In April 2020, Ängie did an Instagram live-stream where she played a snippet of the song and confirmed that it was going to be featured on Heartburn.[2]

The song is about being with someone you like very much, but not being able to express it or open to them because of past experiences. So you're toxic with that person even if you like them and don't wanna hurt them.
