"BAMBAM" is a song by Ängie in collaboration with Harrison First on their EP Each Other as the lead single and first track. It was released on June 14th, 2019, with the music video being released later on June 20th, 2019. The song is also featured on their debut album, Not Pushing Daisies, as the fifth track.
In an interview, Ängie and Harrison First said about the making of the video: "We found a common base to stand on, and it allowed us to create at a higher level throughout, from music to photography and film. [...] Everything was communicated absolutely perfectly, from the guitar riffs in the song to the pitch and the creative direction."
The video tells the story of the EP. It's about a couple that just got married, and although they are dear, there is no passion. Therefore, for example, you will notice that Harrison First is not at all interested and sometimes disappears into other thoughts, while Ängie is just trying to make things work.
On August 21st, 2020, Harrison First leaked a demo of the song in a Telegram Group for some fans. The demo had a different instrumental and an aditional vocal outro with new lyrics.
"BAMBAM" is a love song where Ängie talks about herself and her intentions with her romantic interest. In the context of the EP, this the starting point of the relationship narrated by Ängie throughout the three tracks.
